The University of Regina, Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies is excited to announce that the 4th Annual Exercise, Nutrition, and Health Conference is returning on September 24th!
This conference will discuss and summarize 'evidence-based research and practice' involving unique exercise training strategies, nutritional interventions and recommendations to improve body composition, techniques to optimize performance and therapies to alleviate chronic pain.
